When you are vacationing in Las Vegas, you can find an amazing array of restaurants to choose from including sprawling buffets, snack bars, 24-hour cafes and themed restaurants. However, if you want a hearty meal of a big, juicy steak, you can find that too. Las Vegas has some fantastic steakhouses that you will really enjoy.
As something of a fusion between a dignified Italian restaurant and a good old-fashioned steakhouse, Carnevino is a fantastic experience that should be enjoyed by anyone who loves delicious food. If you opt for some traditional rib-eye steak, it is cooked as ordered with a charred crust, while the pasta selection is both reliable and inventive. If you only try one restaurant in Las Vegas, Carnevino at The Palazzo would certainly be near the top of the list of recommendations.
Charlie Palmer Steak manages to be both comfortable and elegant. The menu, which changes seasonally, features inventive starters and delicious entrees, such as an 18-ounce rib-eye steak with sweet onion jus. No matter which entre you select, you can be assured that the dish is prepared exquisitely with fresh ingredients, and the extensive wine list coupled with the delightful ambiance of the restaurant make it a must-try. This wonderful steakhouse is located off the main lobby of the Four Seasons Hotel.
For a different change of pace, head to Craftsteak. While there is no doubt that you can enjoy good old-fashioned steak, as well as inventive dishes involving delightful combinations of beef and artistry, there is an extensive amount of vegetable-based dishes on the menu that allow our vegetarian friends to enjoy the meal as well. Craftsteak is conveniently located at the MGM Grand.
