Sleep aids and getting a good night's sleep are more intertwined than ever. With so many pressures and hassles on our plates today it can be difficult to slow down both body and mind enough to allow sleep to come. During times of high anxiety and pressure, the likelihood of falling fast asleep on your own drops significantly.

A poorly rested body is like a poorly oiled machine. The mind breaks down and therefore the rest of the body tends to follow suit.
