The medical term for a mole is melanocytic naevus. A mole is a black to dark brown spot on a person's skin which in most cases people are born with. The exact color of a mole is not constant as it varies from person to person and also depends on the age of the person. Most of the times moles are round in shape and can also be raised above the skin. People that mostly have raised moles on their faces want to get rid of it. The motivation behind getting a mole removed is mostly just cosmetic since some moles can be downright ugly. There are numerous methods which are used to remove moles that rage from surgery costing a few hundred dollars to some methods that can cost just a few bucks and can be done at home.

The problem which herbs and home remedies is that they are hit and miss at best which means that there is a 50 - 50 chance of them working out for you but you can be rest assured that you will not have to deal with any side effects of the natural mole removal procedure.
