So be sure to inquire as to any differences when considering purchasing pre-owned cell phones. "Used" may simply mean "pre-owned" and not even "pre-owned and tested to perform like new," but "refurbished" always means "pre-owned and rebuilt where necessary to perform and even sometimes look like new."
