What you should do is start being creative. Your spouse is going to be paranoid of getting caught, so they'll take some extra precautions to not get caught. The best thing for you to do is to let them go on in their ignorance. Let them think you have no idea what's going on. You want to keep them in the dark of exactly how much you know as long as possible.

Your goal is to remain in control. You should be able to call your spouse's every move.

Step 3: Look for patterns.

Very few people realize they should be doing this, but this can make catching an affair so much easier. When I had to catch my cheating spouse I totally didn't think to do this until I had done some research. The thing is this: your spouse is going to have some pattern that they follow. Some sort of routine they go through every time. These routines act as silent little signs pointing you towards catching them cheating.

You just have to notice them.

Keep your eyes open for little things...maybe they have a big spike in how far they drive (check their odometer) every once in a while. Maybe they have some excuse that they always use. Another thing to look for is that post-sex mood change. Everybody is just a tiny bit different after sex, so if you notice that every now and then your spouse seems like their in 'that mood'...

That's a pretty big signal pointing you right to your spouse's affair!
