What if you found out that you can use simple changes to dramatically increase your quality of health? You can avoid health problems like bad pancreas and heart health, as well as stroke. Find out just how to do that below.

Developing a healthy lifestyle can really help. Use the stairs instead of the elevator. Instead of parking close when you go shopping, be sure to park further away instead. Walk or take a bike to the grocery store. Little changes go a long way if they're consistent. Triglycerides have been linked to how much fat you have. Adding a bit of extra activity on a regular basis can help because simply moving around more can burn body fat.

One thing is that you should avoid the trap of eating more because you're exercising more. This isn't very helpful. You need to make changes to your diet for it to work. Try to stay away from fast food, make more home-cooked meals, and use canola oil whenever possible. Try to eat more fruits, vegetables, grains, and nuts while also eating foods rich with omega-3 like flax seed and salmon. The issue is that certain foods will actually create higher levels of triglycerides, and other foods will actually cut down on them. Stick to the ones that cut those levels down.

With respect to what you eat, the amount of food is also important. Eating too much is just as bad as eating the wrong foods. One nice trick is to drink more water. The reason for that is that the water takes up space in your tummy that would otherwise be filled with food, which makes you get fuller quicker. This translates into cascading success. The faster you become full, the less you eat. Lowered food consumption means less fat stored. Less fat means lowered triglyceride levels. If you drink 8-10 glasses per day of water you should be in good shape (no pun intended). You can use this trick to dramatically help with your food consumption.

Also, eat the following foods:Chicken, Milk, mushrooms, eggs, carrots, and nuts. The reason is that these foods are rich in vitamin B3, which positively effects your metabolism which can help with burning fat, and thus helping with your triglyceride levels.

Some do's and don'ts. Do eat more meals, up to five, maybe more if possible per day. Do only eat when you're hungry. Finally don't eat when you're not hungry. Don't eat fast food and junk food.

You can lower your triglycerides quite effectively by following this simple advice.
