Park City provides quite a few dining opportunities to satisfy your needs. No matter whether you`re searching for French or Mexican food; brunch or dinner, you`ll have something to suit your taste buds. Listed below is a short list of some of the restaurants you can find during your vacation in Park City.

Several Mexican dining options can be found throughout the greater Park City area. Nacho Mama`s is an authentic family-style restaurant in Prospector Square, with delicious fish tacos and burritos. If you`re closer to town, try Baja Cantina, located at the Park City Mountain Resort base area. Staying closer to Kimball Junction? You should definitely visit Loco Lizard Cantina, a family-friendly establishment with great service and plenty of free house-made chips and salsa.

If an active day on the mountain has you looking for Asian cuisine, the town has a couple of great places to select from. Wahso, one of Bill White`s award winning Park City restaurants, offers an eclectic menu with an Asian flare. Shabu is another great choice; try the sushi bar or order Asian inspired cuisine off the main menu. Although The Last Samurai is a few miles outside of the heart of town, it is definitely worth the trip to enjoy the table-side chef prepared restaurant environment.

Some of Park City`s most popular Italian restaurants include Grappa, Ghidotti`s, and Cisero`s. Cisero`s is a popular pick for vacationers or families on a budget; and make sure to venture downstairs to the dance club for a nightcap after dinner. Grappa is a multi-award winning Italian restaurant situated at the top of Main Street in a historic Park City home, and should definitely be experienced. Ghidotti`s, out at Kimball Junction, is Bill White`s newest Italian restaurant, and combines a unique atmosphere and menu.

Sometimes the only thing that will hit the spot after a big, active day is a pizza, and Park City has lots of great pizza parlours to select from. Order a pie from Red Banjo or Davanza`s, both located on Main Street, and be prepared for a tasty, local pizza experience. If you`d rather dine at a lively bar atmosphere, try Maxwell`s at The Newpark Hotel, which serves up giant New York style pie that will make you feel right at home. In the event of extreme fatigue, all three places will deliver to your hotel.

When in town, do as the Parkites do; try some fresh sushi! Many local establishments make appetizing sushi, sashimi, and nigiri for a light, satisfying dinner following a day on the slopes. On Main Street, Yuki Arashi and Flying Sumo are two of the highlights that you shouldn`t miss. Another great pick is Blind Dog, located in Prospector Square, which has been featured often for it`s top-notch sushi bar.

With the amount of delicious dining options to select from, it could be hard to choose where to begin. Regardless of where you begin, you are going to pick something to satisfy the needs of your whole family throughout your Park City vacation.
