Getting into Wholesale Broadband is slightly different from other wholesale businesses. Like setting up any business, you must know the laws, and regulations of the land. There are, in just about every country where Wholesale Broadband business is allowed, registration requirements to fulfil.

In order to provide your customers with broadband, voice, and virtual private network (VPN) services on an exchange-by-exchange basis, Local Loop Unbundling (LLP) enables you to exploit on the coverage of telecommunications market of an already established provider. LLU connects you directly into the local network of a provider, which is commonly referred to as the local loop or the last time, so provided you are a public electronic network provider (PECN). Through broadband, you can offer your customers a complete range of voice, and services without the need to route them through the main network of BT. LLU has four elements:

Co-mingling and associated services -The location, housing, and connection of your equipment in the exchange of the provider on your own building, or in the street is covered by this.

Co-mingling and associated services - this includes the location housing, and connection of your equipment in the exchange of your provider on your own premises, or in the street.

Metallic Path Facility (MPF) - This enables you to lease the whole line from a wholesale dealer to provide voice, and broadband services direct to your customers, it is also known as fully unbundled line.

Metallic Path Facility (MPF) - this fully unbundled line enables you to lease the whole line from a wholesale supplier in order to provide voice, and broadband services directly to the customers. Sub Loop Unbundling (for both MPF and SMPF) - a line is accessed of the customer a point between the exchange, and the premises of the customer. In order to be familiar with the telecommunications in general, we suggest you to arrange a meeting with the technical department of the provider, so that they can give you a better and clear idea about what to expect. In this way, they will also roll out what you will need at your end, and what kind of technical material they will be providing. This should be made clear in the beginning, as the prices of such technical things vary, and are rather expensive. No compromise can be made on this point, as it requires high quality of material for distribution. In the modern and fast world of competition, you need to have a 24-hour helpdesk, and for that purpose, you will need to hire people with technical skills, but they should be telecom trained, so that they can assist the customer, and resolve the issue in time, and thus make value in the market. When you are fully prepared with every aspect mentioned above, you remain undone with the collection aspect. For this purpose, you will need software that can generate billing, and people who manage the office can manage the software one they are given training by the department who developed the software.
