* When everyone tends to reject you for not indulging into drugs with them, try to get hold of a companion or peer who supports you when everybody is forcing you to take drugs. If there is any friend of yours who does not want to indulge in drugs just the same way as you, join hands and leave the group as it will save your life and make it worth living. Make friends who believe in you and respect your principles, esteem your limitations and are always ready to help you when required.

2. If your friend or your group is pressurising you, you can also ask for an advice from an elder. Talking to an elder, parent, teacher or counsellor can give you a lot of confidence in yourself. They will also give you tips and help you make new friends.

You are a grown up and sensible person, you must set the limits for yourself, considering what is good and what is bad. You must not hesitate in communicating that to your friends. Some of them might make fun of you, but most of them will always have respect for you. You should be confident enough to leave them if they keep on pressurising you.

* A recent research study has revealed that those who are family oriented and have a good communication with their parents, are less likely to give in to peer pressure when it comes to drugs. So have an open communication with your parents who love you more than anyone else in the world.
