Are you angry? It's not surprising either way, as this very basic and normal emotion is present in each and every one of us, even in organisms and animals in fact. When agitated all of us has the capacity to get angry, allowing us to prepare mentally and physically for confrontation or defense. But as rational beings, we are both at and advantage and disadvantage when it comes to our expression of anger.
