Time is obviously the universal ruler of the world. Humans are enslaved by the idea of time, as we use frequent sayings such as "we don't have enough time." These ideas have long been in existence, and this dreadful curse of time has prevented many of us from achieving our goals and aspirations. It is important that we stop and focus on these goals though, and apply the time needed to make them a reality.

Everyone is busy, some more than others, but we have to arrange some type of duration for chasing our dreams. Spending just thirty minutes a day can make a huge difference when you use that time effectively.

Thirty minutes is not much, it could be achieved by watching one less thing on TV every night. Most of the real go getters in life have cut TV out altogether from their lives, as they have realized how it stops you from achieving your dreams.

If you do not want to give up television altogether, deleting thirty minutes of television watching per day could be all you need to realize your dreams. This probably is not a big deal to you and you could be doing something more productive.

Or you could just get up thirty minutes earlier every day, a trick which magically gives you extra time. This time in the morning can be very productive as well. It is the time of the day when everything is quite and you are able to focus on your goal without the normal distractions going on around you.

Outsourcing some of your tasks by either hiring a housekeeper, assistant or getting your spouse or kids to help you with things is intelligent as well. You are just as important as everyone else and you need to learn to give yourself a break to pursue your interests. Never feel guilty about doing this, it is your right to have a life.

Household chores are something that take up a lot of time, and aren't fun to do too. Save some time by cooking in batches, this way you can make quick and easy dinners in the evening throughout the week. It's also a good idea to use a list when you're shopping so that you can get in and out quickly.

Maybe you could do all the household chores in one day rather than spreading them out over the week. This may seem simple, but you wouldn't believe how much time this will save over a year, time that can get you to your goal.
