More common types of limousine manufacturers include Mercedes-Benz, Bentley, Rolls Royce in either standard stretch or even super-stretch models. You need to know, however, the larger and more exotic the limousine you choose to hire, the more it will cost you in the end.

Once you have decided on the type of limousine you will need, you can do a bit of research online. The simplest way to start is to type in limousine and your home town into Google and just go through what comes up. Some websites may not advertise their prices online so you may have to phone them. Have the dates and times that you want the limousine for handy because there is rarely just a standard price. How far you will want the driver to take you will also be a factor in the price that you pay so give that some thought before making the call too.

Most companies within a given geographic area charge comparable prices so checking one or two should give you a general idea of the going rate for the services you need. You should try to determine quality of a service by finding out the age of the vehicles in their fleet, how the driver will be dressed, what other amenities might be included (champagne, chocolates, etc). Most companies are glad to have you come to their establishment to look at their vehicles and this is always a good idea.
