Ok, I know what you're thinking, another marketing guru selling a way to get rich quick and make easy money. Well, sorry, that's not the kind of easy money I'm referring to.
Network Marketing, Direct Sales and Home Based Businesses have been around for a long time, longer than you think. Most of us know someone who has a friend or relative who became involved in a Network Marketing company and could name many of the brands. We listened to their sales pitch with our mind already made up and looking for a way to say no and the best way to get out of the meeting as quickly and painlessly as possible without destroying our friendship.

Not only was it time consuming, but you needed to be a person with the ability to sell and buy lots of products to stock up on to stay in the business. Most believe you had to start out as professional sales people, but they would need to learn even more skills in order to succeed.
What our friends understood about Network Marketing is that the first customers are always the hardest. Once your customers start recruiting their own customers' things start getting easier. Over time, their income would grow faster. They learned that because they were sold on the product they were selling and definitely on the concept of Network Marketing their passion was contagious. They were persistent and determined not to quit because they truly believed in their product! Once their customers tried their products and became believers, they too began to tell others.
You are already in the network marketing business. Did you realize that? Every time you refer someone to a restaurant, a movie, your accountant or your favorite anything, you send them there with confidence because they trust you. Did you get paid for that? NO! Now you understand a little bit more about this industry.

The Down-Line Sales or building your team is what makes Network Marketing most rewarding and leads to "RESIDUAL INCOME". This kind of income keeps coming without you yourself having to do the work or duplicating your efforts on a large scale is the key to Network Marketing.
Today, online Network Marketing has greatly simplified selling other companies' products using this word of mouth testimonial referral. Not only do they generally do the selling for you, but THE WORLD IS NOW YOUR PROSPECT and you reach out to people you would never be able to!

If the person directly above you can not help you, is not willing to help you or just is out there signing up people thinking that is all they have to do to succeed, you will fail. I call these people, Accidental Managers". They have moved up the company's ladder by just adding lots of people. Find a manager who is willing to help you succeed. This will make all the difference in the world. Not all managers are created equal! Call them, talk to themif you can.
One thing most successful Network Marketing people will tell you, they tried several products before they found an honest, successful company. They didn't give up because of a bad product/company, but save yourself the learning curve and do your homework.
After all this, once you become a Network Marketer all you need is a computer, internet connection and a good product with opportunity that can be sold. POINT AND CLICK IS THE METHOD OF SALES TODAY! Our friends understood this and they were determined to succeed and persevere. You must invest in any business you start. Time is the biggest invest you will make.
