Sleep insomnia is no doubt a serious medical condition that requires immediate treatment. Aside from feeling fatigue and tired, it can also quickly deteriorate your mental well being as well as promote different mood disorders such as depression. Lack of sleep or sleep insomnia can do so much more damage than just physiologically; it will also impair your motor function skills as well as your hand eye coordination. You will no doubt have a hard time to concentrate and focus, as well as feeling like you can not control your limbs movement properly.
This can spell disaster especially for those with a job that requires their concentration throughout the job such as a driver. You are putting yourself and others at fatal risk if you can not concentrate on the road; as such medical attention is required before it is too late.
Finally, lack of sleep also impairs your memory retention as well as recalling of memories, not to mention that you will have a difficult time trying to perform memory storing. Generally you will become more and more forgetful, and thus it might actually cost you financially if you are involved in a job as such.
