Multiply that by all the scenarios of people who also have dealings outside of work requiring an organizer and the company name is being seen all over the place.

Promotional padfolios not only publicize your business, but they also make a great tool for the user. By putting a company's logo on the cover on a padfolio the stage is set for more business. The functionality of these organizers lends itself to multiple uses in a variety of settings. People need paper and pens at different times and in different places.
