Tenderness may be the solution, when you need to get your lover back, after a bad breakup. The way you ended it, could be causing you a lot of pain and hurt, because of the recent fight. A major issue might have been the cause. One of you might have ended up humiliated, due to a wrong, committed by the other. There may be feelings of hurt and pain, but you will have to be extremely gentle in trying to salve the wounds.
You will have to work extra hard, to get your lover back, as your partner may still be hurting from the rejection and pain that you both have gone through. Consider the situation carefully, if you want your lover back. The situation may get out of hand, if you do not work things out properly. Some things have been done unintentionally, without either of you being at fault, directly. Your partner may be in a delicate situation and trying hard to survive this situation.
This situation may not be as serious for you as it is for them. First begin to introspect, before you try reconciliation. What is the point of trying to get back into your relationship, if you are not prepared to change?
You need to look around and find ways to improve on your relationship, including asking for advice. Face up to your faults and agree if you have done wrong. Try asking a stranger, "What should I do to get my lover back?" Accept what they have to tell you. Will their suggestions affect you in any way? You may be upset, but if it can help you get her back, why not accept it? Take their advice and look at it from a sensitive point of view.
Remember that your ex must be growing through a trying time and respect their feelings. Give them ample space and let them cope with their troubled thoughts, before you try to understand why it all happened. Do not get upset when they overly react. It will not help if you fight back emotionally or get upset. You will only cause the bridge to become wider.
It is up to you, to help the situation sort itself out and soothe their feelings. Give them time alone, so that they can get over it. Being tender does not mean you should be physically there for them. Standing by and letting them know you are there, will work better. You can do this by letting them pour their feelings out. Let the anger be released. Let them know you hear and feel their pain.
This is definitely not the time for you to try and put some sense into their head even though you are tempted to do this. You can overcome the fight with tenderness and by learning to be compassionate. True love generally requires that you react to a situation, in a manner that you are not normally used to. Learn how to adjust to the situation, if your relationship is really important to you. Tenderness may not be a natural feeling for you, but you will need to learn, if you want your love back again.
