Most of ab workout routine, ab workouts guide or whatever they may call it would tell you what to do to get flat well sculpted abs. They would enumerate the steps for every workout. This is fine as long as they are indeed correct and as long as you follow them correctly. However, what these guides fail to tell you is the taboos or the big NOs when dong ab workout routine, ab workouts guides or whatever they call it.

Below are some of the things you might think you already know or some things you just have to avoid doing:

Never go on if you feel strain in your muscles. Some trainers and guides could tell you that if you feel strain, then it is a sign of progress. This is not true. When you do your ab workouts, you should not feel any strain or else it is a sign that something in your ab workouts is wrong. This would then lead you to the next taboo with ab workout routine.

Do not over workout your body. Our body, as well as with almost anything else under the sun, has limitations. They will falter or break down if they are pushed too far. When you do ab workouts, it is wise to have limitations. Set some standard number for repetitions starting from a few repetition to increasing it with time. The longer you do this, and as you increase the number of repetition in time, the more improvement you will see with your ab without the risk of any problems. Just remember that you must first start little and gradually grow big. Do not rush things up for it will not help.

The last, and probably very simple is to always remember your diet. Do not think that just because you had your workout and it was good and complete that you can eat anything that you want. This is wrong. Even if you burn calories everyday through workouts, you will never get your desired results not unless you watch what you eat.
