If another room has been made available or the two car garage cannot hold two cars because of the paper then, the time has come to take the next step. The first inclination usually is to just throw it into the trash without thought to who might be interested in your personal business. More prudent thinking usually means that the paper will need to be cut first for security and disposal reasons.
