Learning how to recruit new business owners and how to help those recruits to succeed as business owners, will be a great indicator for how you are doing in your business. Network marketing recruiting, the #1 most important indicator of your success is very easy to do when you have the training, tools and expectations in place that will allow you to be successful.

A big part of the training you will receive when you start your MLM business will be on how to successfully recruit the individuals who will become members of your team. Recruiting, when done correctly, is not difficult but does take effort and time. It is important to continue growing your business that you constantly increase your number of recruits. The challenge with your recruits will be to train them, help them grow successful businesses, and help them to learn the successful techniques for recruiting.

Most companies offer in depth training and development materials for new business owners. The training that is provided by companies with a long history in the industry is very detailed and is broken into the different goals and needs of the individual.

A person who wants to work part time will have a lower goal for their income than a person who is going to devote a minimum of full time effort to their business. The training for these different goals are laid out so the individual knows exactly which steps they need to take to attain their goals, including the number of active recruits that are required to grow to the level you want to reach.

It quickly becomes apparent when a person enter MLM that some individuals do not have realistic expectations and will not in the business for the long term. These individuals usually start seeking leads from every corner. They will purchases lead lists, advertise randomly for leads, and spend days and weeks calling people. Usually they lose money and leave the business before achieving any real success. The small business owners learn what one very wealthy MLM company owner stated that she learned when she first entered the MLM business as a recruit, "Working smart will always make you more money than working numbers." "Collecting" names is not an effective way to grow a business.

Keep in mind what your goal is with recruiting and work your business to meet those goals. Cold calling, or talking people in to becoming a team member is not going to provide you with the kind of recruit that is going to take off, be motivated, be active and make money over the long term. If your goal is to become wealthy and stay wealthy, you want recruits who really want to start their own business and are looking for the right product and right person to get them started.

When you are getting contact information and names from internet marketing efforts from forms that people have filled out and sent to you, you know that these individuals are interested in your business opportunity. You are not going to be wasting time and money calling names from a giant random list that may have been "phished" that are not interested in a business opportunity and may not know how their contact information got on the list.

Your parent company will have the details on how many "active" recruits you need to meet your income goals. Building a list of individuals who are potentially "active" recruits will generate the kind of results that you want, without the frustration and expense that people who are simply trying to collect a massive number of "names" will experience.
