The internet can be a cruel and vicious place; if your articles aren't interesting enough or are just plain garbage, word of mouth can spread as quickly as a wild fire. No matter what, make sure your spelling is perfect! As readers know, there is nothing more annoying than reading a blog full of grammar mistakes and misspellings that make a fifth grader sound like a genius.

Keep it short and sweet. No one wants to read a long, meandering article full of nothing with the subject of the article not being revealed until the last sentence.

Fourth and probably most importantly, writing articles for blogs can lead to money.There are websites out there, such as Live Journal and Hubpages where one can make money. Some companies will allow you to post ads on your blog; everytime a reader sees your blog, you make money. Include keywords as well, so it's easier for people to find your blog.
