Thanks to the shortage of qualified nurses, it is no wonder that the position of Registered Nurse is the hottest job anticipated for the next several years. So RN to BSN Online courses are exploding. Colleges who provide RN to BSN online courses have agreements set up with thousands of hospitals to enable their students to complete their clinicals. Due to a proactive approach such as this I estimate a steep increase of new nursing grads over the next decade.
