As a life coach conducting webinars can be a fantastic way to connect you to your clients and potential clients on a more intimate level than used to be possible when working via the Internet. Webinars can be one of the first steps you take toward bringing a client into your product funnel.

The way a webinar works is you use technology like megameeting.com, or adobe.com/online-webinar, fuzemeeting.com, or gotowebinar.com, there are many webinar companies out there that offer from the bare minimum to services with all the bells and whistles. You might even be able to find a Virtual Assistant who specializes in webinars who already has access to the software.

Most of this software is "cloud based" which means it can be accessed with any type of computer or operating system but some services require specific software so make sure you read the fine print and understand which software you are going to use for your webinar. Your clients or potential clients do not have to travel, they can "see" you from the comfort of their home with just their computer and some speakers or ear phones.

Webinars don't have to be a frightening experience with the advances in webinar technology you can inexpensively, and easily, create a very professional webinar. In fact, webinars, once you try one, will become your first line of marketing to attracting new clients as well as engaging current clients. While webinars are live, you can also record the webinar to use later offering it as a premium on another give away, offer it free to those who attended or free to those who missed it.

A webinar is an exciting way to tell people about your services and products that engages people in a new way, a more personal way, and as a life coach, what are you, if not personal. Potential and current clients will enjoy being able to connect with you in this way. They can hear your voice, and ask questions. They will feel more trusting and the only people who spend money are the ones who trust you.

Your webinar can be free, or you can charge a fee, it's completely up to you. It is recommended, however, to charge at least a dollar or two that way you avoid freebie seekers and you won't waste time on no shows. Most people who pay something, even a dollar, are more likely to show up. Plus, you can get your affiliates in on the deal by letting them keep the entire dollar when they promote your webinar.
