The need for sufficient relaxation cannot be exaggerated. If you create enough time for relaxing prior to the examination, you will not be vulnerable to worry. Depriving yourself of adequate sleep or relaxation will make you anxious and perform woefully in the test.

Aside from that, the need to have adequate sleep a night before the test cannot be stressed enough. This will make your body and mind to relax well and you will wake up revitalized and ready to confront the examination. Reading into the early hours of the test day is not recommended. It will merely make you vulnerable to worry as you head into the exam hall.

Equally, it is very vital for you to get to the examination hall early. In reality, it is advisable to get there at least one hour before the beginning of the examination. This will give you adequate opportunity to lighten up and revise your work before beginning the test. On the other hand, arriving behind schedule for the exam will bring in anxiety and lead to poor performance. Plus, you will not be able to determine ahead of time if there is alteration in the time or location for the test.
