When you're wanting to recruit a person to your team, you must know WHO the best prospect is, and what to consider when evaluating these individuals? Simply speaking, a prospect is someone who could need the opportunity your company delivers. Your goal would be to 1) determine if they're able to benefit from the opportunity and 2) inform them in regards to the opportunity.
Look at this thoroughly. As your going through daily and you're simply seeking prospects, you want somebody who has a problem that your particular company offers a remedy for.
Who is someone that could benefit from the things you have to offer?

Usually it is somebody that might want:

- Additional Cash flow
- Flexibility
- Security
- Different Life style
- Vacations
- _____(Insert your company benefits here!)

Your organization could have certain nutritional benefits, or legal benefits which may be of special interest to certain people.

Regardless of what that set of benefits is.commit them to memory. That list is one thing that might be a catalyst for you.
If you hear one who mentions ANY of those buzz words, it should send bells ringing! They undoubtedly are a prospect. They can usually benefit from what your company has to offer!

Exposing Them To The remedy

Given that you've found somebody who may benefit, the following piece of the puzzle should be to let them know around the opportunity your company has. Here's the opportunity to say:

"I couldn't help but to hear that you're in search of ______. I know exactly how you feel!! I felt identically about six months ago! I found a great possibility to change that when I started my business with _______. Can I offer you some information about them?"

Using this simple statement you have let them know that you heard their "issue". You/your Company contains a benefit which may solve it through the opportunity they provide. And, you have connected with a prospect.

You will notice that almost everyone is really a prospect. And if they aren't, they often have an acquaintance who is! The key is to keep your ears open. And then don't be afraid to open your mouth shortly afterwards! Nothing is worse then KNOWING someone is a prospect.and then watch them walk away in the opposite direction because you were too stifled to do something about it!
