This is scientifically sound advice--the skin is the largest organ of the body and absorbs most everything it comes in contact with. How do you think nicotine patches and hormone patches work? They are absorbed through the skin!

It didn't surprise us to learn that many customers are now using Coq9 Marine Phytoplankton as a nutritional face mask for skin and beauty treatment?

Marine phytoplankton is loaded with nutrients beneficial for the skin and body, in microscopic form (which can easily be absorbed through the skin.)

A few of our customers who own health spas let us in on this little secret that is quickly becoming valued by many others as an inexpensive do-it-yourself nutritional face mask. So, we tried it for ourselves and thought "Wow! This is incredible!" We wanted to let all of our customers and friends in on this amazing face mask experience!

Many customers are reporting that it tightens skin and helps wrinkles, blemishes and acne and leaves the skin feeling vibrant and young!

So let's get started! Below are quick step-by-step instructions on how to make a nutritional face mask using CoQ9 Marine Phytoplankton!

The formula is very simple. Just add three (3) capsules to one (1) teaspoon of your choice of liquid (distilled water, apple cider vinegar or honey.

Pull apart (3) capsule and empty them on to a smooth plate.

Add about one teaspoon of liquid (warm distilled water, apple cider vinegar or honey.) Note: You may use a bit more than one teaspoon if you prefer a thinner plankton mask. Also, if you use honey, you may want to add a few drops of warm water to make it easier to mix and apply.

Tilt the plate up slightly (so the liquid stays near the bottom.

Warning: If you haven't used Apple cider vinegar on your face before, we suggest that for your first face mask start at a 9 to 1 ratio (9 parts water to 1 part vinegar) and increase the amount of vinegar in your face masks as you feel comfortable. 100% Full-strength Apple Cider Vinegar has a slight “hot flash effect” on the skin. This effect is healthy for the skin; however, some people find it unpleasant.

Use you index finger to blend the liquid and phytoplankton.

Mix by making little spinning circles with you finger until you have a consistent green paste. Once it is mixed well, the plankton paste will stay together on one side of the plate.

Now apply the plankton mask by dipping your finger in the green plankton paste as needed.

Completely cover the desired areas until complete. Then let the mask dry for 15 to 20 minutes before rinsing. You will notice a tightening affect as the mask is drying, which leaves your skin feeling vibrant and refreshed!

Caution: Anyone can have an allergic reaction to anything! Always test on a small area of skin before covering your entire face.

Here's a little tip… Styrofoam plates work well and are throw-away to save time cleaning. You can also flip one plate upside down and place a second plate halfway on the other to help keep the plankton and liquid to one side of the plate when preparing the mask paste.

And that's it! Now you have two ways to reap the benefits of this amazing tiny plant called marine phytoplankton--As a nutritional health supplement and as a nutritional skin treatment.
