A massage is a great way to relax your body, clear your mind, improve your circulation, and reduce your tinnitus. The massage can lower the pressure used by your heart to move blood through your body as you relax. Playing a musical instrument can help to alleviate the symptoms of tinnitus. Have you been told not to panic so many times you could scream? It is actually a true statement. Panic causes a negative feedback loop. Anxiety increases, which in turn causes tinnitus symptoms to get worse, and that causes even more anxiety. Tinnitus isn't a serious condition, nor is it a symptom of something worse. While the symptoms of tinnitus can get almost overwhelming, panic accomplishes nothing in terms of providing relief.

Maybe cars or trucks passing by make it worse, for example. Create a list of the sounds that are problematic for you, and try to avoid them.
