An example of standard marketing would be search engine optimization or perhaps pay per click marketing. A sneaky technique would be posting in forums and leaving a link to your affiliate program.
To be honest, it doesn t really matter how you get the traffic to your website as long as you re doing so without breaking any laws. If somebody is interested in what you have to offer, they will be happy to pay for it and you will be happy to make the sale. That s the best way to make money with affiliate marketing.
