Thus it is strictly recommended to stick to the diet that includes whole grains, fresh fruits, green vegetables and drinking lots of liquids either in form of water or juice.

Moreover, it is sensible to evade greasy, fried, hot and stuffy foods if you want to make your liver function properly and smoothly.
