Otherwise why would you be here and how would you have gotten here? You need to see yourself as special and precious and celebrate what is unique about you even if others don't. Within that uniqueness you will find your special passion.<br /> <br /> Passion is your guide to yourself and it comes in many forms - deep curiosity, excitement, preoccupation, dreams, attractions, fascinations, etc. You can be passionate about work, play, study, politics, people and many other things, but be assured you are passionate about something - probably several things.<br /> <br /></p> <h1>2 - Once you find yourself, you must learn to love yourself. That means appreciating everything about you, even the "bad" parts. In reality there are no bad parts only parts of that are there to learn a better way.<br /></h1> <p><br /> Don't listen to others when it comes to arriving at your own value. What you think is most important. Be courageous in your own defense. That doesn't mean others may not have some valid insights but it does mean that you should never think of yourself as bad or worthless. You must always realize your inherent value, no matter what others may say.<br /> <br /></p> <h1>3 - Love Others. Never forget that essentially they are no different from you. We are ALL worthy. Of course they may not realize their own goodness or act on it all of the time. None of us do. but at core, they are just as special and worthy as you and you must see this in them or you will also fail to see it in yourself.<br /></h1> <p><br /> Believe it or not, the other people you find in your life are there for a reason. These are precisely the people you need to show you parts of yourself that you may be out of touch with. Yes, its true, we attract the people we need in order to learn more about ourselves. Everyone in your life has a purpose and that purpose is to teach you something about yourself that you my not know or have forgotten.<br /> <br /> Well that is the heart of it ... the three essential truths that will lead you to a happier life. When you master these three you will have mastered the key to your own happiness. These are truths that you already recognize on some deep level but that still need to be brought into your everyday world.
