Trolling using live bait or lures, and kite fishing are proven ways to catching Sailfish.<br /> <br /> The Wahoo fish can be found off the coast of Mexico during the summer months. They are easy to find either around reefs or further out in the ocean. Tuna, squid, small mackerel, and puffers are some of the prey that the Wahoo feeds on.<br /> <br /> If you are looking in lagoons among the snags or out in the open waters you can find a common fish in Central America called Snook. Snook are temperature sensitive as are most fish. The deeper waters are home to the largest of the Snook.<br /> <br /> Tarpon can be found year round, but the largest Tarpon are more abundant in June and July. One out of five Tarpons are actually reeled in on average. Tarpon fishing has been said to be one of the most enjoyable experiences for fishing in shallow water due to exciting display the fish gives when shaking the hook.<br /> <br /> The oceans off the coast of Mexico is a popular destination for fishermen from all over.
