Pick up lines like these make you look like an idiot.</P><p>But because the bad pick up lines get so much attention, people think ALL pick up lines are like this.</P><p>And this just isn't true.</P><p>A good pick up line will ACTUALLY help you pick up a woman.</P><p>Understand: The whole point of using a pick up line is to get a conversation started.</P><p>PERIOD.</P><p>Once you get the girl talking with you, then you can work your magic and do what you need to do to get the date, the phone number, or the make-out.</P><p>Remember, if you do not begin a conversation, you cannot do much more.</P><p>You not only talk to a woman, you engage her, by drawing her into a conversation, and this is the only means to continuing with your goal.</P><p>Do you know that good pick up lines do just that?</P><p>Do you know that when most men meet women they are at a loss for words to begin talking to a woman? They try to think of something off the top of their head, while often missing the opportunity of meeting a nice woman, before they can think of something to say.</P><p>That is why it's important to know one or two good pick up lines that actually WORK. They are about getting the girl to think about her response, evoking an emotional reaction, and making her WANT to continue to communicate with you.</P><p>How can you engage a woman in conversation with you?</P><p>Asking her opinion of something is the easiest way to do this, since each woman has an opinion and they like sharing their ideas, especially about relationships.</P><p>Good pick up lines work like this, for example. Say something to the woman, like this, Hi, I need you opinion on something, do you think it is normal for a woman to try to time a pregnancy so that her baby is born within a particular zodiac sign? I would really like to hear the opinion of a woman about this subject.</P><p>Once you engage her in the conversation you may follow up with a tale of some woman who wants to be sure she and her children are astrologically compatible, to make life a bit more enjoyable as life moves along.</P><p>These various types of subjects for conversation can be about:</P><p>1. Children</P><p>2. Children</P><p>3. Pregnancy</P><p>4. Marriage</P><p>5. Children</P><p>The number of ways you can go with this are endless. Some of my favorite follow ups are:</P><p>"Do you believe in astrology?" (this can lead into discussions of fate and destiny)</P><p>"What is your zodiac sign?" (This can lead to talking about your sign compatibility - as a general rule, no matter what your sign is - you are compatible!)</P><p>"Do you like kids?
