This applies to both types of home loans. Since the home is used as collateral, the instance a borrower defaults payments, the lender has the right to repossess the property.</P><p>Things to Remember When Applying for a Home Loan</P><p>Know the terms and conditions. In every deal or transaction, you should always make sure that you know and understand all the details stipulated in the contract before signing up.</P><p>You should very well understand the terms and conditions.
