The country doesn’t really need much on high praises and not merely doing the talk – also doing the walk. The recognitions that the country received is enough to do the talking as a proof of that excellence.<br /> <br /> The country has made and is doing efforts to improve the quality of services that the BPO companies in the Philippines render to foreign investors. Seminars and conventions have been made and schools are having tie-ups with these companies to assure and secure quality resources for the future of the BPO industry. It is because the government has seen a big potential on this industry.<br /> <br /> With the US dollars that the country’s BPO industry generate, 6.1 billion in 2008, and with the high employment rate (400,000 employed workers), this growing industry have done much to catch the country’s falling economy.
