Repeat this 5 times.<br /> <br /> Here is another fun eye exercise. You will need a pen for this. With arms straight, hold your pen in front of you. Move the pen slowly to your nose. Focus on the pen until you can't keep your eyes on it. Repeat 10 times.<br /> <br /> Lastly, if you spend hours staring at the computer, practice staring at a distant object for five to ten seconds every half hour to relieve the eyes and prevent damage to the eyes.<br /> <br /> Make sure to eat healthy foods that are rich in Vitamins A, C, and E to reduce risks of eye problems and prevent further eye damage.
