You need help and advice concerning medical issues and the obtaining of medical and other expert reports to prove your claim. You need advice as to the full value of your claim and representation by a skilled and experienced negotiator. However, if you choose the right accident claim solicitor, who specialises in this area of law, making a claim against an uninsured driver should be no more difficult than if you make a claim against an insured driver.</P><p>The good news is that when your claim is successfully concluded the MIB will also be responsible for paying your legal costs in the same way as if they had insured the responsible party.
