I'm like you- it's by how my clothes fit... Also how I feel. I can tell when I put on weight. I just don't like the feeling of my body. This is when I know I need to watch what I eat and exercise more.

| I don't really keep track of my weight. I know that I am a lot lighter than I once was. In fact, last time I checked, I am about 45 lbs. less than I used to be. I just know that if I take care of myself, everything will be well.

| I'm very conscious of my weight. I don't want to get fat that's why I prefer to eat more fruits and veggies. I also have my regular exercise like jogging, stretching and lifting.

I don't think about it. If I do I drive myself crazy. I monitor myself by how my clothes fit. When my pants get tight I know I have to do something about my weight. If my clothes get real big I'm real happy.
At this point in my life I have many more important things to worry about than how much I weigh.

I don't have a weight problem; I used to obsess about my weight when I was younger as I was too skinny but since I had my 2 children I put on a bit of weight and I want to keep it on. I wouldn't want to put on more weight now so I try to eat healthily but I still love my chocolate. I try not to overdo it but I don't feel the need to weigh myself; as long as my clothes fit, I feel fine!

I just try and eat healthy and keep active, that's all. I take my bike or walk wherever I'm going and hop on the treadmill whenever I'm watching a movie or reading. I don't have to worry about watching my weight too much.

Lately, after just having a baby and so many previously failed diets I do my best to try and not pay attention. Which I know is the wrong thing to do but I do start watching myself if I notice my jeans getting tighter.

I used to weight myself daily wen I was younger, I don't even own a scale now, and prefer to pay atention to how my clothing is fitting. It is better for my emotional state.
HOw do you handle your weight issues? Do you weight yourself everyday or use a different method to decide if you need to change your eating habits?
