    The new rule is going to implement that you may change the new ball after 35th over.This will be pressure for bowers.Pointing,Brett Lee,Venketesh prasad critisized the new rule.According the cricket legents,the bowler swings the ball between 30th to 40th over,if the new ball come to play,this will be gone in favour of batsmen.Is it the right decesion for implementing the new rule????????? :cool:
