Yeah, I agree with you. I too use firefox add ons and other free keyword searching tools to find the appropriate keywords used in the article and it is indeed very useful.

15% keyword density is more possible than you think, and if you look at some of the pages that rank high in Google for specific terms you will see that their keyword density is well above 10%.

I'd go ahead and say that a 2% density is more than enough, and you'll get good content too. 15% is crazy.

I have found that most of the information about keywords tends to have people write in a fake like manner. 15% keyword density is too high. You get the same results with about 5-7% in my opinion.

If you know nothing about SEO, then I'd suggest you acquire the services of a professional. This way you'll make sure to get indexed and rank as you want to.

I have read tons of articles about finding keywords and all of the tricks people think up, mainly geared toward making the process seem extremely mysterious, which drums up business for marketing professionals or freelancers.
It is easier than you think.
I suggest using Firefox and the many add-ons they provide, for free, to help you ferret out which keywords are the best for your pages. Assuming you have more than one page in your website, it might be a good idea to use only one keyword on a page that has a mixture of pictures and text.
This keeps your time investment low and gets your sites indexed quickly.
