Your first step to having an organized business is obvious: keep your customer space organized and clean. This is the main part of your business your customers see, so if the area is cluttered and makes no sense, your customers will feel it. Make sure your store's showroom is a pleasant place to spend time.

You want your employees to feel happy and comfortable while working so they have a good attitude when dealing with customers. You also want you customers welcomed into the space when they come to shop. Change any burned out lights so your store does not feel dingy and dark, and keep the area lit with plenty of natural light.
